I did a zh_TW localisation with my students, the archive with the two files can be found here:

Sorry if the file structure should be a bit messy, I had to convert it to PO so I could put it onto our Pootle site.

To actually display the characters a small modification is necessary: The included font only handles alphabet-based languages, so it needs to be replaced with a suitable font. I will write a howto on that later, a similar howto for another game is here:
