it would be nice to have "always on top" option for weapon panel (can be transparent)
why ? 1. for shoppe, it is easier when you always see what you can see 2. why not ?

Unlikely or at least low priority atm. You should be able to open you weapon menu at almost any time (just click the right mouse button or whatever you've set).
