First off: Amazing game, absolutely brilliant work.

If I understand correctly, one of the developers' long term goals is adding missions (and possibly some kind of editor) to the game. To what extent (if any) is this being worked on in 0.9.14?

I really want to make some missions!

In 0.9.13 can other users download and play my saved game files?
If so, it might be provide some interesting opportunities.....
