Don't you hate how little respect the hogs at the end of your teams get? You play games of 4, 6, or however many, and the hogs at the end of your team never get to show up. Even when they do, they always come last in the turn order and usually end up dead before that even happens. Maybe you have a great theme in mind, but you can't fit all the hogs onto 1 fixed team.
Here is my suggestion: An alternate setting for team creation. You can select to either use a traditional fixed roster, or create a pool of hogs. A pool would contain a minimum of 8 hogs, but no maximum. Every game, hogs would be randomly pulled from the pool to form the roster (consider simply having the client regenerate a fixed team of 8 after every game or team edit and simply using that at team selection. This could achieve the desired result with minimum effort). As an additional feature, one hog from the pool could be selected as team captain, forcing that hog to always appear as the first member on any team drawn from the pool.
You will get different sets of hogs in different orders every time you play. even with only 8 hogs, when playing games of smaller teams you will still see the entire team over time. If you like this idea, show your support or suggestions for tweaks to this implementation. Hopefully we can get this idea made into a reality.
