Hi, I am a Hedgewars developer.
To elaborate on the "no" - there was a javascript emscripten port that was created back in 2012 and actually allowed in-browser play against AI.
That port is not maintained, so in order to play it you'd have to go back into like the ftp.mozilla.org archives to use a browser from that time prior to the changes to the blob API.
In theory it could be done, and in WASM these days. We need a volunteer to maintain it though, just like the android port.
