a strange rope bug

this bug happen at 4:16 min
look, i should fall, then maybe i could hook the rope somewhere, but instead of fall, it seem like i've been teleported...
and maybe i'm wrond but look at the time in the video, don't it jump from 4:16 to 4:21 ??

Hehe that was pretty interesting and funny.
The only times i've ever been teleported has been with birdy, two times. The distances were very small though.
