We were having a lot of issues with excessive AI bot traffic. This isn't really unique to us, the entire internet has been struggling with this, and it hits small projects particularly hard. We tried range bans at first of the worst offenders (Huawei and TenCent figured prominently) but they simply shifted to residential ranges with the same rate of traffic.
