Introduction

Have you ever wondered what happens if a dentist gets into rocket science? You are about to find out!

Use this weapon to teach your enemies a lesson if they think they can play hide-and-seek with you!

Overview

The drill rocket is similar to a bazooka, but instead of just exploding on contact it will drill into the surface of the map and dig a straight tunnel.

The drill rocket will explode when:

• leaving the soil it was shot into
• hitting a hedgehog
• having drilled for 5 seconds

Properties

• Maximum damage: 50
• Explosion timer: 5s (after it started drilling)
• Charge to shoot: Yes
• Affected by wind: Yes (while travelling through air)
• Ends turn: Yes
• Retreat time: 3s
• Crate type: Weapon

How to use

Hold the Attack key (default: space bar) to charge the drill rocket and shoot it.

Hints

• You can shoot with various guns through the drill rocket tunnel! But don't forget: so can your enemy!
• If you have a portable portal device, you can shoot through a drill rocket tunnel to get to the other side
• You can drop mines through vertical tunnels created by the drill rocket

Trivia

• In old releases there was a bug which caused the drill rocket to explode immediatly if fired directly into a wall (without distance to the shooting hog). This has been fixed.
