How to submit translation files?

Hello
I have updated the Swedish translation of Hedgewars but how do I submit the necessary files?

Usually I send .ts file and weapons file to UnCOR via e-mail, but I think there should be a place in the tracker. I want to ask another thing also, it's possible a sort of mechanism that warn us (translators) that there's to add some new translations to the game?I don't know, an email or something else?

Can you please tell me what UnCOR's e-mail is, because I can't find it here on the web site?
I don't have it here, I think you can grab it in the game clicking on the logo of hedgewars (at least I remember it was there).
