Good question. And I'll add another one - what if the winner is in Fiji and you guys are situated in Europe for example. Shiping cost money AND takes time (things might get lost too, you know).
But I really love the T-Shirts. Maybe I'll make one myself and tune an old T-Shirt of mine with it :P
At the end - a hat in your honor as a winner is enough (let's not get greedy
) and of course the name will be displayed in the future Hall of Fame (should make it after 2-3 tournaments 
). You can also add a star or something to the nick name of the winner in the main server (make this by tracking the IP, 'cause one migth want to change his/her nickname from time to time).
