Opera, Firefox and IE image issues

Hi
Couldn't help noticing the following problem with the fronted images (like the tournament ladder):
#Opera: when image opened, background is fixed (that's great) BUT image appears for less then 1 second and than a white field appears instead of the image.
#Firefox: when image opened, it's visible all the time BUT background (that is - the site itself) can be scrolled up and down.
#IE (and all browser using it's engine - like Acoo, Avant etc.) - same as Firefox.

Here is my Unofficial Manual for HW. Hope you like it. Still working on it. Don't worry. Will get it finished...Sometime in the future.
Another issue, Smileys: When you click on a smiley firefox shows it in a new window, and doesn't add it to the comment.

Hedgewars script for ubuntu is here...but maybe I have to update it first
Socketbind is working on these issues,
In the mean time you can click "show all" and that will allow you to use smileys
Yet again my question remains unanswered. Will you fix the fronted image display?
Thank you.
PS: Smileys = textual smileys. And since one doesn't use ALL of them but only 4-5, it's easy and faster to write them in textual code.

Tournament ladder works fine in Safari.
Under Linux (Fedora) with Opera I can see the image without any problems but the background can be scrolled up and down like in Firefox. ???
