The default is 45 seconds for a reason. Use that instead. Of course we need a dev's opinion as well.

Well, yes, 1 sec time per round is useless. One guy made a game like this. And I quit. Your turn ends before you do anything and it keep going like that untile SD starts and all hedgehogs drawn. But noone makes you do that 1 sec might be used for some sort of testing of the game. So better leave it that way If you want more time, make this in the options of the game and you're ready to go.

just don't choose 1 second if you don't know how to play with such timelimit? choose 5, 7, 45, 99 if you like. I see no reason to increase minimum value.

I think 45 seconds is just enough, when you know how to play of course^^ Just play often and you will get used, cuz putting 1 minute or more, will make turns too long. This is just my opinion
