Maybe CamStudio, i guess there is a built-in SWF-Converter.
It's free and open source, check out camstudio.org.

I was loaded with homework today, so I wasn't able to work much on the trailer... I'm hoping it would be done by the end of the weekend.
Here is a list of things I still have to do:
1. Make about 10 more scenes
2. Film the demos
3. Install video editing software
4. Edit video
I'll give you a download link after I'm done.

you may try Camtasia Studio. It is no Freeware actually, but they offer a gratis (older) version in cooperation with a german fotography-community.
