History chat doesn't work on windows

As I said in subject, history chat is not working on windows (I don't know if it's because I changed the binding, I can't use the default key).

Hedgewars script for ubuntu is here...but maybe I have to update it first

The ~ key. It seems to work just fine for me on both Ubuntu and Windows XP.
Because you have it on your keyboard, on my italian keyboard this key is not present, It's a combination of more keys
. On ubuntu I can change the binding and it works fine, while on windows it doesn't.

Keycodes should still match (unless they're remapped by SDL). Tried the key right next to 1?
