Info for Designers

There needs to be a page on the front of the site that gives all the information contained in particular forum posts, such as how to create graphics, limitations and general tips. If someone could compile all of this, there might be more "good" submissions.
Actually, you don't have to dig all that deep to get that info, it's right on top of the Audio & Graphics section, here and here
Admittedly, some of the information in http://www.hedgewars.org/node/105 could do with being brought up to date.
Very nice. The spares a lot of precious time for me.
