Can I use Scripted Maps only local or also on the Hedgewars Server?

They work online as well. Just ensure everyone has the same version (if it's a custom one). The packaged ones should work without any issues.

@Parakoopa (and anyone else who makes scripted maps) :
would it be too difficult to post here any scripted maps you make? they might add to the fun of other players as well Smile

(i loved the new scripted map by the way, who "invented" it?)

Yeah, I WANTED to make my own, scripted map.

But first of I have to wait. I have to wait for a documentation of the Hedgewars Functions, Variables etc.

Parakoopa, don't really see why you have to wait.
If you can script, presumably can code.

All the bindings are in uScript.pas, that combined w/ Smaxx' examples (and I guess asking for clarification) should be enough to get some stuff done...
