Can't create or edit teams in Hedgewars 0.9.13-1

Hi everybody,
I'm having trouble on creating and editing teams in Hedgewars 0.9.13-1, I know that's an unstable version but it came by default when I asked for Hedgewars in "Ubuntu Program Center" it seems that the options of creating and edting teams are not abled...Is it a problem in this version? Are it being solved?
I'm on Ubuntu 10.04.

I'm sorry that [/i]I didn't notice that before.
But fortunately in the other topic I found the answers that I was looking for.
In this version you can only create and edit teams in the configuration menu on the main menu screen.
