idea: show details about weapon settings in LAN game

i think it would be nice if a user entering a room could see the details about currently selected weapon settings before playing the game. evil-minded game moderators can easily confuse others by:
- changing the weapon settings without notifying users
- creating and using defaults-like settings by adding a space at the end ("Default ")

Well, such evil minded people don't end up playing games. easily solved.
But, this has been under discussion for a long time. Implementation is just moderately complex (displaying it in a nice fashion) so no one has undertook it.
Patches welcome.
A trivial implementation would be just using mouseover text.
