In game Hedgewars the intragame text (the description of arms) isn't translated into Russian. I wish to offer full variant of translation on Russian (file ru.txt) for Russian-speaking players. There can be developers will include it in the following version?

For current players I offer a variant of an auto update of Russian texts in the form of the program with a setup wizard. At a choice of path of installation it is necessary to specify a directory in which game Hedgewars 9.13.0 is installed.
