Seems like he's selling different open source games as well. GPL allows selling software as long as it's not misleading, still under GPL, source code included (or available), etc.

At least he's in no way a "authorized community distributor" - at least no official one.

If you'd like to, feel free to report him for ...
- Distributing GPL'ed software without the proper acknowledgement/credit (not even naming the project's name; at least he mentions the GPL probably to not get deleted).
- Violating our copyright by copying our own web page's description text ( http://www.hedgewars.org/about.html ) - there should be at least some link back to us.
- False claim stating that he's an "authorized community distributor". He's allowed to sell it due to the GPL but that statement could be misinterpreted.
