Forts and Demos

I see the forts folder, but I do not see anything in the menus for making a forts game.
What is a Demo and how would I use it, should I want to use, but since I do not know what it is I'm not sure I would care to but anyway, what is it, huh?

It's a game mode toggle. Create a new game scheme (when setting up a game) and enable it.
