Love this game
but what's missing from it is back jumping and walking backwards. Sometimes you need to move without turning around to do something - like line up a shot - but this feature is missing and I would give

yes, but that is still not walking backwards, that is turning around.
and there is no backwards longjump either
Just use Magik's instruction to turn around and jump. Should net the same result without introducing more keys/commands to remember. If you're talking about something different, try to draw some simple pic to show us.
not the best drawing but back jumping is like jumping backward
and walking backwards is pretty self explanatory...
why not include it?
Because it would be redundant. If you can do it now why would someone implement it the other way?

backwards long jump would be good in conjunction with the Sine Gun!

I found a reason why there should be a backjump when i was playing today.
well i firepunched this hog off this cliff. But then with three seconds left to escape the same happening to me, i double tapped enter and fell into the water
