Can't see where their walking.

I have windows 7, and have downloaded this game today, when i play it i have the background a, i can see my hedgehog and the sound workss etc etc, but i cant see what they are walking on if this makes sense??
Any ideas

Try to update your graphics card drivers - most drivers bundled with Windows 7 lack some capabilities or are just buggy.
