Can't select my old teams!

I made some teams in the past versions of Hedgewars, but now they're not showing up in the new one that is out. Why is that and is there a way to get my teams back?

This is because of the changed install prefix and team format, instead of just being .cfg files they are nor .hwt files and in a different directory.

Is there an easy way to translate the files to the new format? I took a look and it looks like I could do it by hand but that would take a while.
