as soon as the new xcode comes out (the one with ios 4.2)
i used this approach because for .13 almost noone was using the snow leopard version (which is faster than the universal one)

Well, the torrent *could* be faster, but as I've observed in the past with OSX torrents, OSX users join, they leech, then they disconnect.
Right now you and I are the only ones seeding for OSX universal.

There are 26 seeders for the exe, despite less need for it.
