Hi Puddi. If you modify the script and give all your friends a copy of it, it shouldn't be a problem. That said, if you can't finish the race in the time given, I'd recommend practicing a bit more with ropes before you attempt it. You could also try watching some of the more experienced players to see how they use rope, or asking other players for advice.

Which script should I edit and where is it (I'm using Ubuntu) ?

I know we should practice ropes more, but that's why we want to play that game without time. Or which map is good to practice ropes as well as this map ?

but I don't really know how to edit it to notime / more time. I think it has something to do with the maxtime because turntime=maxtime but when I did edit it to something like "99999999" it caused some problem : every hedge gived us their turn automatically

[re-edit] Problem solved.

For hedgewarmongers who are interested :
- Go to \usr\share\games\hedgewars\maps\trophyrace and make a backup of map.lua
- open map.lua and edit "local maxtime = 99000" to "local maxtime = 999999"
- Enjoy
