Sorry folks, I never realised there was such a lack of decent tournament management programs, and I'm a bit disorganised right now.
The pairings and player list are formatted as a web page right now, only usable output of the program I'm using (Vega). Would be nice with a hedgewars background but at least it's fairly tidy. Bear in mind that's Vega's designed for chess tournaments, so if you see any strange output that's probably why (boards, ratings, player colours etc). I do complain about the program, but he did make the Linux version free, and he kind of got me out of a jam here, so...

I'll update this page frequently with results (and maybe a hedgewars background), so keep watching. You can also find some other stuff here too (click the menu at the top).
RULES UPDATE:
- First game of a round can be random playing order, first player doesn't have to go first as I confusingly wrote. But make sure the other player gets to go first second game (you'll have to switch off Random Playing Order this game).
- Players must agree on the map (and theme) chosen. I said it was chosen "arbitrarily by the room host". Well, he can choose it but both players must be happy with it.
- Please read this and this if you haven't already done so.
Note:
The tournament officially starts on Monday (and I'll announce it on the frontpage that day), but you can organise your game from when I post pairings.
I said posting your country was optional during signup, but I'd like to format the pairings and crosstable with country flags. If you haven't told me your country already, you're in right now with a rather unsightly "???" in your country info.
Contacting your opponent
Try PM'ing (personal message on the forum). You can post contact details in the Tournament subforum (but don't post them here, this section of the forum is public). Check your private messages regularly. Both players are responsible for getting a match played. I recommend Doodle for arranging a time.
Announcing your games
You're not obliged to do this, but you can post your agreed time in this thread so people can arrange to tune in. It's also evidence if one player backs out or repeatedly refuses to play at the agreed time.

POST RESULTS AS A COMMENT BELOW, IDEALLY WITH LINKS TO THE DEMOS. PM ME (OR RANDY FOR SPANISH) IF YOU HAVE ANY DIFFICULTIES WITH YOUR GAMES.

If you really don't have any luck contacting your opponent, post there.
I dont really uderdsant what you have just written, but RebelX beaten me on fair fight (last game). Losing first match is not sth catastrophal and the most important reason why I joined to that tournament was to have the most fun as I can. I admit crashes without any reason are unfun, but rules are rules. The opponent have full rights to commit a win or repeat the game if he want. My opponent chose win and he had full right to do that. A bit fortune deciced for the score of match but it sometimes happens also in real life and real games

Thanks Artain. I've watched the games, and I can't believe you lost that last one! Such a close match, but good quality games despite the crash. I wish you better luck in round 2.

But now I see what I should do, and next time it will be no mercy 
I hope enyone else will experience such bug. Summary I had 3 crashes one day (yesterday) and it is my new "blackout" record
