Go to Hedgewars,click on the wrench,and click "Associate file extensions".Then open the file.Alternatively,I think you could just open it with Hedgewars Engine,not sure though.

I didn't see any "Associate file extensions" on the settings area and it Hedgewars doesn't open it but I found a way to open it a different way thanks anyways.

Yeah, unfortunately "associate" isn't implemented on mac yet.
Koda and Zorg are working on it.

Apparently is a bit more complicated than in Linux or Windows.

It can of course be copied to the Demos directory. The frontend can see it then.

Oh. As well as working on macs, "Associate" in .16 also rememembers your settings at the time you clicked associate (screen size, music, locale, etc)

O cool thanks nemo and that is exactly what I did to view them. I had a question though, when the release comes out will the mac release come at the some time?

Releases are simultaneous for OSX/Linux/Windows, although Linux distribution specific packaging lags by a day or two. Week at latest.
We do try to nag the major distributions. Ubuntu tends to have the shortest turnaround time on Playdeb.

Also if you use the App Store to install Hedgewars it might take a little longer for it to update on there (as Apple wants to review every update). But if that is the case you can download from Hedgewars.org if you do not like to wait.
