Can't update to 0.9.16 [Fixed]

So,I noticed that 0.9.16 for Ubuntu was available in the download section.I tried installing(from here),and when I clicked install this now,it opened Ubuntu software center.Since I already had it installed,I tried re-installing.It was still 0.9.15. I removed it again, then tried using aptitude(in terminal) to install it.After that didn't work,I tried installing from synaptic package manager, and same results .I'm using Ubuntu 11.04. Please help.
If you has updated Ubuntu 10.10 to 11.04 you must add to sources.list
deb http://archive.getdeb.net/ubuntu natty-getdeb games
Do in terminal:
wget -q -O- http://archive.getdeb.net/getdeb-archive.key | sudo apt-key add -
And update Sinaptic.
I tried that, and it just sent back OK.Are they supposed to be separate commands?
amm, i am russian, and bad speaks english.
It`s allright. Then do "sudo apt-get update" and "sudo apt-get upgrade"
And after this hedgewars must be updated.
*sigh*Still says it's newest version
EDIT:Nevermind,seems I didn't have play deb installed...
