This is actually not a voice error. I've seen it myself. They're probably using a gameplay mode that you don't have. Make sure that you own it before they go into the game.

Downloaded everything. Same problem... Only wanted to play "highlander", nothing special. Doesn't work. Error.

Highlander has been updated, have you re-downloaded the package since then? They may be using the new one while you only have the old.
