Online Mac vs. PC

I'm trying to play an online game with my friend. He plays it on a pc and I play it on mac. We can see each other in the forum and write messages to each other but we can't see the same games to join. So when I create a game he can't see it and vice versa. I have no problem playing online games with my other friend who also plays it on a mac. Can't Pc's and Mac's play against each other online??
No, that works fine! I'm always playing with Mac against a Windows-friend. No problem!
Try this: right mouse button on your friend in the user list - and than follow. If he joins a room, you'll get into it too.

Do you both have the newest versions of hedgewars?

Most likely you have different versions of the client.
Make sure you are both using the latest version available on our download page.
If you are using the App Store version, you will have to wait until Apple approves the latest update.

Pc and mac users can play against eachother. I have had a PC vs Mac vs Ubuntu game and that was fine. See if you can download the latest version
