hey
last day i re-discovered tumbler and space inv, i begin good (i mean better than when you start :p )

about tumbler, i notive 2 things :
maybe add skipammo could be useful sometimes...
and more important : the explosion when you start, sometimes it send you directly to water because of your hog start position... if you need a demo of this i can find one

edit : i also notice something like a hat bug : it depend of which hat your hog have : sometime when he fly you see the hog with the hat, sometime you see a hog that roll, and roll again

about space invasion :
sometimes there is not enough red to kill, you just fly try to find some good enemy
so if it is possible to add 3types of game in space inv when you start :
dodge : lot of red and blue that send lot of bazooka : you have to dodge as long as possible (maybe you have shiel for some second)

collect : this time no red, no blue : but green and purple that try to dodge you : in the play time you have to collect as much as possible

fight : you have more ammo, and there is more blue/red to destroy : in the play time you have to destro as much as possible

+ the initial game

i know it s maybe not possible, but the more important is the tumbler water/explosion issue

the beachs hogs surfin hedgewars

Herp.

If you stop moving and wait on the ground for a few seconds your turn should end, otherwise, just take a dip in the water.

Ending up in the water due to initial explosion should be avoidable in 95% of the cases by just holding up while you are in the ready-timer phase. If you really think this is a problem though I could cancel velocity of the hog after the explosion. That might make some people who like to play Racer sad though, as they generally use the blast as a "boost" to start off the race.

Hat issue isn't hat-dependent, but occurs because all tumbler-based modes are horrible, disgusting abuses of the Hedgewars engine.

I could add different modes, but, I don't really think it's necessary. Luck is part of the game, and so is adapting to your surroundings. E.g. if you've radar pinged and notice a low number of red/blue invaders, it's often very effective to spend the round going for "shield miser". That way you can rack up a lot of points in relative safety.
