Cannot create directory C:/Users/<Profile>/Documents/Hedgewars/Saves

Hi. I'm Roy, and i just started using Hedgewars. I'm using the portable version of Hedgewars and I'm on a Windows 7 Public Library computer and when i start the game these errors show up:
Cannot create directory C:/Users/%Profile%/Documents/Hedgewars/Saves
Cannot create directory C:/Users/%Profile%/Documents/Hedgewars/Screenshots
Cannot create directory C:/Users/%Profile%/Documents/Hedgewars/Teams
Cannot create directory
C:/Users/%Profile%/Documents/Hedgewars/Logs
I was just wondering if you knew how to configure the settings to move these defaults to my flash drive? thank you in advanced. 
hedgewars --config-dir "someconfig" --data-dir "Data"

Im sorry, but i dont know what that means. if you could specify? im good with computers, but is that a parameter command? i cant use the properties submenu with the computers im using. Thanks again! but i am trying to find a way to do it using Cmd.exe. (Portable Apps Version)

Create a windows shortcut on your USB drive to hedgewars.exe
Edit that shortcut and add after hedgewars.exe...
--config-dir "Path/To/A/Place/To/Keep/Your/Config/Probably/On/The/USB/Drive" --data-dir "Path/To/The/Location/Of/The/Hedgewars/Folder/Called/Data"
These paths can be relative.
