but about water rise, i guess its noot so easy but why not allow sometime water rise when 'super big weapon of explosion' explose near the water : example : dynamite or melon bomb explode near or just 'in' water

Water rise is quite trivial to implement. I believe mikade's elementals script and continental supplies both have "weapons" which do this.
