For the sake of posterity I am publishing this unfinished script by a (probably) retired scripter. I have permission from the author and have nothing to do with the content of this script.

I don't get an error message.

First I took RamboClass.lua - But Default-Mode was loaded.
Than I used Rambo.lua - Default-Mode again!

Folder:
~Hedgewars 0.9.18\share\hedgewars\Data\Scripts\Multiplayer
I tried it two times and restarted HW everytime.

Try your local documents, I remember the original author mentioning something of a glitch with using it in program files.

Are you sure that RamboClass.lua is in the Scripts folder and Rambo.lua is in Multiplayer?

Ah! Ok, I didn't realize that.
Now it works, but only in local documents.

Highlander and specialists got a child, right? Wink Smiley

I wished a script like this for a few weeks. Cool!
I'll test it the next days!

But there is no switch :/
For some reasons it could be interesting to have a switch option before each turn but on the other hand it would be only the game of the most powerful hog Cyborg

Btw. I think it is unnecessary to put the whole Multiplayer directory into the package. 3 files + howto could be enough in my opinion. Geek

It could be distributed in DLC section in game. Just contact devs or bender (hh.unit22.org admin).

The developer said that he removed switch on account of it being far too easy to become a one hog army. As for DLC, I played the script with a couple devs, their impressions were rather negative. I can't really see them putting it as DLC.
