Why I see no room in network mode of Hedgewars 0.9.19(latest release)???

I've downloaded the latest release of Hedgewars and I see no room in the network mode...It seems all the players online are using the 0.9.18 version..Is that the reason???
9.19 is the DEVELOPMENT version, meaning it's still being worked on and hardly anyone but devs use it. So if you want to play online, use 9.18.
because .19 is not yet released, you'd see only .19 people connected on the server
It's like Star and Moon said (and Koda).
