Strange failure message

Whenever I try to play any game mode at all the game will play for a few moments and then a message will appear saying:
Last two engine messages:
Failed loading libvorbisfile-3.dll: The specified module could not be found.

I have not been able to find any information anywhere about this message. All help will be appreciated!

What version of Hedgewars are you playing?
What is your operating system, specs, etc.

If you are playing alpha 3 of 0.9.19 for Windows, have you read the following:

But don't worry!

Just grab this zip file and unpack it's content to your Hedgewars installation folder!
You can find it at C:\Program Files (x86)\Hedgewars 0.9.19-r8672\
