Where to find Hedgewars for the iPad mini

i'm trying to find the app but i can not find a method to install it:
* don't see it in iTunes.
* Found some links on the internet:

One is telling me to switch to "us", and after that it can not find the game. The other link says that the store is down.
* don't see a guide on the download page
* don't see anything on the wiki/faq
I'm quite lost. How can i install (buy?) the game?

Otherwise, you can always build your own.
You'll need a dev license, or a jailbroken phone.
Well, he could do a build for you and add you to testers, I suppose.

The last reaction of koda on "Hedgewars-iOS version control" is at year 2010, so i guess the iOS port is dead.
I'm going to take a look at the android port and checkout the original Worms versions.
I'm wondering. If Apple pull a game from the store. Will this also disable you to play a game?
