Demos suggestion
I really dont know what to call this feature. So please be free to think/suggest a name after reading the descripton below.
Well basically this feature is intended to allow users to share their demos with everyone online/allow re-watching of demos and such. In a way like "telecasting" a demo.
Players are able to see a room with a "telecasting icon/or some icon of the sort" (icon info down below)
Players can join this room, and are able to watch the demo being played .
Besides the current "being played/waiting in room(the clock & explosion) icon, it might be possible to have a icon similar to a "T.V."/ screen or such while a demo is being played, in the "main lobby".
And well, im not aware of any "fast-foward/rewind,pause& play controls".
If there is a way/key to do so, please correct me. 
Otherwise such a feature would be nice to allow the "room admin" to "control" the demo.
Iam not sure... but such a feature would prob open up some possibilities of abuse or such.
i.e showing failz or trying to humiliate someone by replaying something (LOL IDK ).
If some are concerned, then i suggest that only "submited demos" be allowed.
i really dont know much about the demos tab on the website,
But maybe a moderator or someone who can review that section be allowed to delete or block such demos .
(Im not sure about this, please be free to give your opinon)
NOTE : Iam not sure of the technical details, not being a programmer/coder myself.
But im guessing, somehow the demo file (.hwd) will have to be copied/downloaded to each spectector's data. Besides each player having to "sync", ive noticed a lot of players complaining about "de-sync" so again im not sure or have no idea how to solve this.

I don’t understand why anyone should want to have this proposed feature. If someone wants to share demos, he/she/it can just upload it to <http://www.hedgewars.org/demos> so other players can watch the demos. The demos there can be watched whenever you like. You could do that only on certain times with your television proposal.
I don’t see any benefits of your proposed system over the existing one. Maybe it’s also just me who misunderstands the proposal. If this is the case, please give us more details of your proposal so that even I could understand it.
As for “abuse”: I do not agree that the admins should start censoring demos just because someone doesn’t like some demo. One example: There is this idea called “Worst Shot Ever” <http://www.hedgewars.org/node/5024> It’s a proposed contest where play. Well, the contest doesn’t exist, but I uploaded some demos of bad shots anyways. I hope this is not considered “abuse” but even if it is it would be no justification for censorship. (I think that censorship is indeed justificated by nothing; but this is a different topic.) You also have to see that Worst Shot Ever is not about making fun about bad players, it’s only about bad shots or moves.

Well besides some other points, I see these 2 as the main points.
1. Players can't watch it together,only locally/offline, if you know what i mean.
Lots of times i wanted to watch my/other's demos together with my shoppa friends,show some moves, enjoy some moments. (like my trophy-race records and such ^^) Which cant exactly be achieved by having to watch demos offline.
2. It should be easier to share instead of the "having to upload & download" inconvenience.
3.Some tournaments & such can use this to replay matches,"epic turns" ,etc.,you get the idea. (This point is just random )
About "abuse", yup just a thought.
Another thought is, if only submitted demos are allowed, by default its going to be just uploaded. In that case I guess you could create a "report" button.
That way if anyone has a problem, they can simply "report" it, so a "admin" or such can check it out.
(Again this is just a thought, I am looking forward to your opinions!)
