How do you make custom weapons for hedgewars schemes?

I want to find an easy-to-use program that can customize the weapons in Hedgewars schemes. It doesn't have to be about making your own "Continents" in "Continental Supplies," but it is advised for it to be so.

No such tool. You should learn lua, I'm pretty sure that's the language they use.

Gameplay scripts (which are written in Lua) can add in weapons though they are restricted to that mode only, I believe regular weapons are coded with Pascal.
And don't count on being able to make weapons in the next day or too. Learning programming takes time.
I agree with you and personally, I don't think creating weapons will help, you'll have to make new music, graphics and such then focus on weapons, Oh and programming. Takes a looooong time

Oh dear! I haven't been quite up to par with you on my lazyness and selfishness!
Let's see, PAotH is something I work on for free that the community enjoys, and if I'm lazy and selfish, I should stop that, and remove all comics currently online. I must start on that right away! Too bad, I was going to post one up today before but I forgot I was lazy and selfish.
And I was planning on creating the rest of the Team Fortress 2 hats, AS WELL as more Terraria hats, but it's such a shame that I've lazy and selfish, so that's a no go.
Oh! And I must request the removal of all DLCs that were created or contributed to by me, that's quite a bit actually. In fact, some content I've created has been added into the game, I'll have to get that removed, or just delete hedgewars in it's entirety. Yeah, I think I'll go with the latter.
Wow, and then there's all the things I've contributed to the Wiki, that'll have to go. What a shame, what a shame. But it can't be helped, since I'm lazy and selfish. Oh what a world!
