Use config to set your name tag defaults.
If for some reason that isn't enough, use precise + del to set tags in-game.
(precise is left shift by default)

This change was made because it seems unlikely people would change the tags from whatever their personal preferences were, very often, but some shoppa players were complaining that the team stuff obscured play at key moments, and for that, a quick toggle seemed more useful.

The description for the key binding which toggles the team bars is now false.

Well, not so much false as incomplete, since toggling the team bar still uses that binding plus the usual modifier.
I bet the description for "precise" doesn't fully encompass its various purposes now either.
But yeah, should be updated.
