new lines in hedgewars_*.ts

I have noted that we need to add the line for the history chat bind in the file ts. How can I do it?

Hedgewars script for ubuntu is here...but maybe I have to update it first 
run "lupdate-qt4 hedgewars.pro" in QTfrontend folder
