Suggestion - Warning If a Player Doesn't Have the Theme

When in the "Room Control" screen, perhaps display an advance warning message if any players do not have the selected Theme (or similar) available on their computer?
Would be a fairly extensive change to server and clients I think, since right now server doesn't track state of all clients, which it seems this would require.
We could make it clearer to clients that they are out of sync more easily I think.
That is, if the user is lacking the theme/script, put something in their UI.
Maybe even make their client write something to chat to alert the others if a game wasn't in progress...

I think the easiest change would be to just make client disable and lock the lightbulb button when an unsupported theme/map is selected.
