This one works with v0.9.6 and will generate map terrain! Make sure to add a line with "Casualties" to your themes.cfg.

On my computer your map is not working ? when a generated map choose casualties them, i get this : wrong data or can not access to theme.cfg... Moreover the map itself is not working on 0.96.1.
Could this come from http://hedgewars.org/node/659 ?

I just downloaded the latest version, and this zip and put them together and they worked. I'm not sure why it wouldn't work. Perhaps permissions on the file?
