[Bug?] [FIXED] Mine timer setting does not affect timer of placed mines

I think this is a bug in Hedgewars:
If you change the mine timer setting in the game scheme to a non-default value (i.e. 5 seconds) and then place a mine in the game, it will always have a timer of 3 seconds, regardless of the setting.
I think it would be better if the mine time of placed mines is affected as well.
However, I wonder what to do in infinite attack mode + 0 second mines. This may be problematic.

Also: AFAIK, in inf-attack mode there is a (short) delay before the mine becomes trigger-able - so timer of 0 shouldn't be that problematic.

Right, it is different in the beta version.
The delay is about 0.5 seconds, I guess. So you could place a 0 second mine, but you have to jump away immediately or it will explode in your face.
Maybe increase the “safe time” to 2 seconds or so?
