More useful effect of “New” button in weapon scheme editor

When you click on New in the weapon scheme editor, a new scheme is created with the same values from the “Default” scheme.
I think that this is not really useful because you can achieve the same by selecting Default and then pressing the Copy button.
Therefore, I suggest for all weapons to set these values when the user clicked on New:
- Initial ammo: 0
- Crate probability: 0
- Crate content: Same as in Default, but always at least 1
- Delay: 0
This is very bare-bones, but great to create new schemes from scratch.

You have custom repository??, this changes could also be added to the main, because i think is useful have all values zero.
The developers merge my stuff from the repository from time to time, but I have to clean it up once again so it becomes “mergable”.
