Why was I banned?

I didn't play online more than few weeks.
Today I wanted to play, but saw this:
"Ban for 315360000s (Permanently inappropriate behavior)"
Why was I banned?
I don't use any mods, additions or programs, don't break rules, spam and other...
I am waiting for answer. Thank you!

Your current internet connection's IP address had been banned when the same address was used by another player who connected via the same internet service provider that you use.
The ban was meant to keep that particular player out, not you.
However, you should be able to connect to the server again now.
