This video sucks and I have no idea what is going on. Can you please try it again and upload it as demo? Would be helpful towards fixing the supposed bug.

It's about airmines spamming the water-entry ploof sound when they are trapped under the land but close enough to a hog to try (but fail to) reach it.

I think nemo fixed that in dev already.
