Underwater theme - let's discuss it!

Ok, we all saw this screenshot on the main page, right? This one:
Probably it's the hottest theme right now, I think it is, or... will be. I thought about it and have three suggestions:
1. Hedges should be a little blueish, they're underwater, right?
2. Maybe a little lower gravity? Just a little, not like on the moon(I know we don't have moon theme).
3. When there is an explosion we see a little of fire(or sth. like fire, it's red, orange, and so on), that falls down. I think underwater there should be bubbles that goes up.

Well, Earthrise isn't a moon theme, but it is a space theme, right?

You're right! Didn't think about it, it should have lower gravity also(but much lower than underwater theme imo).
Yeah, I thought what they will do about the water below. Maybe someone will post the answer here.

I keep thinking of paradox: hedges are underwater already, so wat happens to them when they fall down? I think theme uses blank water image so hedges just seem to go in the deep.

The second picture has water in water- waves at the bottom.
BTW, it would be great if the waves in all themes had waves like the top ones...

1) As far as I know, game doesn't allow to change hedgehogs colors. We have plans for scuba gear hats, though
2) Not possible right not; maybe unCorr will allow themes to change that, maybe no.

Right now hedges banish into deep dark waters, ie, background fades to black and water below is black too. Tiyuri played with the idea of seaweed and didn't like. I didn't come up with another idea that satisfied us so... it's black for now.

It wouldn't in my opinion. I like them on the top in one theme, in others I prefer normal water.
And you think answers for first and second questions answer the third one?
btw. scuba gear hats? How will they look with other hats at the same time? I don't like the idea, I think that if theme can have different water, it can also have different hedges bitmap.
Waving sand maybe? You know, after all, there is sand at the bottom of the sea. Please tell me what do you think?

They dont fit the bottom of the map at all

I agree with Tiyuri, I also prefer the old ones.
Tiyuri, may you show us the new, smoothed water, some screenshot maybe? Here, palewolf told me about new water but didn't show any screenshot. When I look at the latest news, I try to see difference in water, but those screenshots are too small to see it.

zOMG!! I see gradients! What on earth had happened to the ink&paint style? I mean i like gradients, but what about the HWSS? Tiyuri always says that gradients fail to fit, but now they are using it! Oh noes, i don't know what to do now, i'm in panic!..

Oh, i mean the whole style is about solid shapes, no diffusion, but the bubbles on the dolphin map have diffused color filling. I just want to say wheter the criteria has changes, 'cause:
