First of all, I don't think that replays should be overridden every time a new game is played, it makes it very easy to lose replays. Second, I think the options should be saved in the hedgewars directory instead of C:\Documents and Settings\\.hedgewars\ , because if you were to put this game on a thumb drive and run it from another computer you'd have to set all your options over again.
